INSULATION SOLUTIONS

Insulation is a measure taken to protect the inside and outside of buildings against sound, water, humidity, heat and cold. The purpose of insulation is to protect the natural and the places we live in.

SPRAYING

ISOLATION

The most important reason why the spraying system is preferred in insulation and floor coating applications is that it does not have joints. Depending on the application conditions, hard foam formation is completed in 3 to 8 seconds.

SLIDING

Sliding insulation is preferred because it provides better adherence to easily applied concrete and various surfaces and provides a water insulation layer that does not form joints by filling various capillary cracks and pores formed in the structure.

ELASTIC

INSULATION

It is a cement based waterproofing material that provides waterproofing by acrylic dispersion used in swimming pools on wet surfaces such as balconies, bathrooms, toilets, kitchens. It is used in pool applications, terraces and balconies, on concrete, plaster, screed.

MEMBRANE

INSULATION

Membrane insulation is used in foundation tanking and foundation wall insulation of terraces and sloped concrete roofs, for waterproofing of wet floors etc. The membrane should be applied along the perimeter of the roof, at the bottom of the chimney or at the beginning of the roll, with at least one meter full gluing.

Thermal insulation

Heat insulation is a type of insulation used in buildings and installations. Thermal insulation extends the lifetime of the building and provides great savings in fuel and cooling charges. Increases energy saving, reduces environmental pollution. The mantling application is the kind used in heat insulation.

Water Insulation

The waterproofing done to the building is done to prevent water and damp from damaging the building. Waterproofing can be applied to building foundation, roof, wall and building surroundings. The lack of waterproofing decreases the resistance of the building and therefore the risk of collapse in a possible earthquake.

Sound insulation

Sound insulation is made to decrease noises. Sound insulation can be applied on machines, buildings and walls.

Plumbings Insulation

Plumbing insulation is a kind of insulation made for heating and cooling purposes. This type of isolation, which is not considered necessary in our country, both saves energy and prevents corrosion of plumbing pipes.

Fire Insulation

Fire insulation is not intended to prevent fire, but in the event of fire it helps to reduce the most possible damage and to save time to escape during the fire. Fire insulation has become an important type of insulation with the rapid increase of high-rise buildings; fireproofing materials must comply with Turkish and international standards.

Sheathing

There are three different methods for thermal insulation in buildings: from inside, from outside and sandwich wall. The best practice for preventing the formation of heat bridges and ensuring insulation continuity is the application of jacketing or sheathing.
